The Starter Rules


The StarterRules 

They are pretty strict.  But strict is ok.  Remember, successful folk are single-minded about what it is they want to be successful at!

The closer you stick to them, the better and quicker the results.  

But remember, I don't want you to feel at any point like you are on a diet.  You are learning to listen to your body.  If it says it's hungry, nourish it!


1            No wheat and no sugar (this means no bread, cakes, pasta, batter or pastry).

2            Eat protein with every meal (this includes cottage cheese, Greek yoghurt and eggs).

3            Veggies are free.  Eat as many as you like, whenever you like.

4            No starchy carbs after 3pm (that’s potatoes, rice, cous cous etc.)

5            Try to drink water only (that means no alcohol!) Tea and coffee are OK but even fruit juice is full of sugar.

6            No diet / slimline / low fat / low calorie products, ever!

7            You must always eat a proper breakfast Always.
